USCIS to Reopen on May 4, 2020

On March 18, US Citizenship & Immigration Services suspended in-person services at its Field Offices, Asylum Offices, Application Support Services due to the COVID-19 pandemic. USCIS offices will reopen on May 4, unless extended further.

USCIS field offices will send notices to applicants and petitioners with scheduled appointments and naturalization ceremonies affected by the closures. Asylum offices will send interview cancellation notices and automatically reschedule asylum interviews. ASC appointments will be rescheduled when USCIS resumes normal operations.
